✦We only refund items that were incorrectly sent or missing from your order (Not Broken) it MUST be reported to us within 48 hours of order being delivered.

Shipping

We do not change shipping addresses as this forfeits our seller protection with Etsy and Paypal. Please make sure you enter your address correctly into PayPal and get the address verified to avoid any issues, it is not our fault if you type in your address incorrectly.

All Items purchased separately will be shipped separately (NO exceptions).

All items are shipped from our location in Indiana and we only ship on business days (M-F). Generally, we ship first class mail via USPS (United States Postal Service) If you reside in the US then you should receive your package within 2-5 business days after it has been shipped, international times can vary from 7 days to 3 or 4 weeks, via USPS. Please note, these shipping times are only an estimate, and they are directly from the United States Postal Service, we cannot and will not give you an exact date on when to expect your package since we have no control of USPS and their practices.

We are not responsible for late or lost orders.Please keep in mind, packages are not considered "lost" by USPS unless they have not been received for 30 days domestic, and 90 days international, since shipping times can vary please don't assume your package is lost if it does not get to you in the "specified" time frame, there could be a slight delay depending on USPS shipping times. We do not refund lost orders, please select shipping insurance to secure your order.PRIORITY SHIPPING IS NOT GAURANTEED FOR STATED SHIP TIME, ONLY EXPRESS.

Shipping is costly and we remain non-liable for addresses entered incorrectly.
